Allgemeine Geschäftsbedingungen

Unsere AGB gelten für alle Life-Scouting-Akademie-Ausbildungen. Reisen, Seminare und Vorträge, können von externen Partnern komplett veranstaltet werden. Externe Veranstaltungen auf der Website unterliegen jeweils eigenen AGBs. „Events“ umfassen alle Aktivitäten mit Helmut-Whitey von Kritzinger. In UK-Staaten gelten die Bedingungen der AEON-LIFE Ltd., in den USA und Asien der Silent-Gold-Retreats LLC bzw. Partnern in Singapur und New Dehli. Für externe Retreats und Events ist die Foundation nur Plattformanbieter ohne Veranstalterpflichten gemäß nationalem und internationalem Recht (z.B. EU-Richtlinie 2015/2302). Die umsatzsteuerliche Behandlung erfolgt gemäß Richtlinie 2006/112/EG (Art. 44, 45, 196) i. V. m. § 3a und § 13b UStG ebenso das RC-Verfahren für Selbstständige und UnternehmerInnen. Es gelten ausschließlich die AGBs des jeweiligen Veranstalters, was für Sie bei der Zahlung (Checkout) deutlich sichtbar wird.

Für alle gegenseitigen Ansprüche aus und im Zusammenhang mit einem Vertragsabschluss zwischen dem Kunden und den Seminarveranstaltern, gelten unsere allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen, jedoch mit besonderer Berücksichtigung der obig genannten Chiffren, Abrechnungen erfolgen jedoch durch die jeweiligen Veranstalter in ihrer zum Zeitpunkt des jeweiligen Vertragsabschlusses gültigen Fassung und Jurisdiktion.

Buchung
Die Buchung zum Seminar erfolgt beim Seminarveranstalter durch das zur Verfügung gestellte Anmeldeformular. Muss ein Event wegen Pandemie bzw. höherer Gewalt abgesagt werden und deswegen umgebucht werden, gelten die gleichen Daten und Konditionen für online durchgeführte Events. Ihre Anmeldung ist ebenso verbindlich, es sei denn, Sie widersprechen dem 3 Wochen vor Seminarbeginn bzw. bereits mit der Anmeldung!

Die Seminarbuchung ist für den Veranstalter erst verbindlich, wenn die entsprechende Anzahlung getätigt ist und eine schriftliche Bestätigung durch den Seminarveranstalter erteilt ist. Die Buchungen für Übernachtung und Verpflegung werden vom Seminarteilnehmer in eigener Verantwortung getätigt und erfolgen direkt bei der Zimmervermittlung (z.B. Hotel). Unterkunft und Anreise zum jeweiligen Event sind nicht Leistungsbestandteil der Seminarveranstaltung. Alle Preisangaben sind generell Nettoangaben.

Anmeldebestätigung und Rechnung
Die Anmeldung wird nach Bestätigung durch den Anbieter/Veranstalter für beide Seiten verbindlich. Mit der Anmeldebestätigung erhalten Sie eine Rechnung, die Sie bitte spätestens drei Wochen vor Seminarbeginn zur Zahlung anweisen.

Erfolgt die Rechnungsstellung später als drei Wochen vor Seminarbeginn so ist ein Zahlungsnachweis spätestens bei Beginn der Seminarveranstaltung beizubringen, andernfalls der Anbieter/Veranstalter berechtigt ist, ohne schuldbefreiende Wirkung, eine Teilnahme am Seminar zu verweigern, die vollständische Zahlung ist in jedem Fall weiterhin fällig!

Anreise
Die Anreise zum Seminarort organisieren die Teilnehmer selbst. Der Seminarveranstalter ist gerne behilflich bei der Vermittlung von Hotellisten und Mitfahrgelegenheiten, diesbezügliche Garantien können jedoch nicht gegeben werden.

Seminarbeschreibungen
Grundlage eines jeden offenen Seminars ist die jeweilige Seminarbeschreibung in schriftlicher Form oder auf unserer Internetseite. Sie enthält spezifische Angaben zu jedem einzelnen Seminar und beinhaltet Angaben über den Zweck und Inhalt des Seminars, sowie Informationen über Räumlichkeiten, Verpflegung und Übernachtung. Sind einzelne Punkte nicht benannt, sind sie auch nicht Gegenstand des Vertrags. Widersprechen sich einzelne Angaben der Seminarbeschreibung mit denen der Geschäftsbedingungen, sind die Angaben der Seminarbeschreibung maßgebend. Die jeweilige Seminarbeschreibung ist wesentlicher Bestandteil dieser Geschäftsbedingungen. Verpflegung, Reise- und Übernachtungskosten sind in den Seminargebühren nicht inbegriffen, es sei denn, dies ist in der Seminarbeschreibung ausdrücklich anders angegeben.

Seminaranmeldung
Voraussetzung zur Teilnahme an Seminaren sind gute Kenntnisse in der gesprochenen deutschen oder englischen Sprache. Die Teilnahme an jeglichen Seminaren ersetzt keine Therapie! Die Anmeldung kann per E-Mail, telefonisch, persönlich oder über den Postweg erfolgen und ist damit für den Antragsteller verbindlich, sie bedarf jedoch immer einer schriftlichen Anmeldebestätigung durch die Life-Scouting-Akademie (in Lizenz der Kritzinger-Foundation). Die maximale Teilnehmerzahl bei offenen Seminaren kann begrenzt werden, in der Regel ist die Teilnehmerzahl auf 80 Personen bei Ausbildungsseminaren, auf 200 Personen bei Tagesseminaren beschränkt. Anmeldungen werden daher in der Reihenfolge ihres Eingangs berücksichtigt und schriftlich bzw. auf elektronischem Weg, vom Seminarveranstalter bestätigt, oder ohne Angabe von Gründen abgelehnt. Der/die AnmelderIn erklärt sich mit der Speicherung seiner Daten unter Berücksichtigung des Bundesdatenschutzgesetzes einverstanden und erlaubt durch seine Anmeldung ausdrücklich, schriftlich oder telefonisch (bei Nennung der Zahlungsdaten) vom Seminarveranstalter kontaktiert zu werden.

Seminarleistungen u. Gebühren - Financiel Wellness & Achtsames Shoppen
Die Höhe der Seminargebühren, sowie die zugrunde liegenden Leistungen, entnehmen Sie bitte der zum jeweiligen Seminar gehörenden Seminarbeschreibung. Mit der positiven Anmeldebestätigung = Honorarnote durch die Seminarveranstalter wird der Betrag fällig. Mit Seminarbeginn muss das Geld entweder auf dem jeweils angeführten Konto eingegangen oder in bar i.d. jeweiligen Landeswährung vor Seminarbeginn dem jeweiligen Seminarveranstalter übergeben worden sein. Der Online-Zahlungsanbieter Klarna bietet interessante Zahlungsbedingen in diesem Zusammenhang an (Thema Finanzielle Wellness und Achtsam Shoppen).

Stornierung durch die Seminarveranstalter
Der Seminarveranstalter kann jederzeit ein Seminar aus wichtigem Grund (Pandemie, Unpässlichkeit einer/s zusätzlich engagierten SeminarleiterIn, Dozenten etc.) absagen, oder einzelne Teilnehmer auch nach erfolgter Anmeldebestätigung -ohne Angabe von Gründen- von der Teilnahme am Seminar ausschließen. In diesem Fall werden dem Teilnehmer die bereits entrichteten Seminargebühren in der Höhe des nicht verbrauchten Seminars, abzüglich der Verwaltungsgebühr von 100-300.- €, zurückerstattet. Weitergehende Ansprüche können nicht geltend gemacht werden, insbesondere Kosten für bereits gebuchte Zimmer, Reisekosten, Verdienstausfall etc.

Stornierung durch den Teilnehmer

Anmeldestornierungen

Bis 32 Tage vor Seminarbeginn können Sie die Seminaranmeldungen gratis stornieren.

Danach fallen folgende Stornogebühren an:
24 bis 31 Tage vor dem Seminar 25 %
16 bis 23 Tage vor dem Seminar 30 %
7 bis 15 Tage vor dem Seminar 50 %
bis 6 Tage vor dem Seminar 100%

Eine Abmeldung muss immer in offizieller, schriftlicher Form eingebracht werden. Diese Gebühren entfallen, wenn Sie für dieses Seminar rechtzeitig (zwischen 10-5 Tagen vor Beginn d. Veranstaltung) einen anderen Teilnehmer benennen.

Teilnehmerverhalten
Den Teilnehmern sind während des Seminars jegliche kommerzielle Tätigkeiten untersagt. Es ist daher unmöglich, eigene Produkte in irgendeiner Form innerhalb und außerhalb der Seminare am jeweiligen Tagungsort in jeglicher Form anzubieten und zu verkaufen. Jeder Teilnehmer erkennt das Hausrecht des Seminarveranstalters in den Seminarräumen bzw. dem jeweiligen Seminarobjekt an. Stört ein Teilnehmer durch sein Auftreten oder Verhalten ein Seminar, oder kommt ein Teilnehmer den für einen reibungslosen Ablauf des Seminars notwendigen Anweisungen des Seminarleiters bzw. Dozenten wiederholt nicht nach, kann er vom Seminar ausgeschlossen werden. Die Seminargebühr ist in diesem Fall vollständig zu entrichten. Alle Kosten für die Beseitigung fremden Werbematerials haben die Verursacher zu begleichen.

Durchführungsabweichung
Bei Pandemiesituationen (z.B. Covid 19 u. A.) und anderen Fällen höherer Gewalt, gilt Ihre Anmeldung verbindlich ebenso auch als Onlineseminar mit allen genannten Konditionen. Die Seminarveranstalter behalten sich vor, Termine und Durchführungsorte gemäß Katastrophen- und Umweltverordnungen des jeweiligen Staates, zu ändern.

Wir sind nicht bereit und auch nicht verpflichtet, an Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle teilzunehmen, weder national noch international.

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

Our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all Life-Scouting Academy training programs. Travel, seminars, and lectures may be fully organized by external partners. External events on the website are subject to their own terms and conditions. "Events" include all activities with Helmut-Whitey von Kritzinger. In UK jurisdictions, the terms of AEON-LIFE Ltd. apply, in the USA and Asia, the terms of Silent-Gold-Retreats LLC or partners in Singapore and New Delhi apply. For external retreats and events, the Foundation acts solely as a platform provider without organizer responsibilities under national and international law (e.g., EU Directive 2015/2302). VAT treatment is carried out in accordance with Directive 2006/112/EC (Articles 44, 45, 196) in conjunction with Section 3a and Section 13b of the VAT Act, including the reverse charge procedure for self-employed persons and businesses.Only the terms and conditions of the respective organizer apply, which will be clearly visible to you during payment (checkout).

For all mutual claims arising from or in connection with a contract between the customer and the seminar organizers, our general terms and conditions apply with special consideration to the above clauses. However, billing will be carried out by the respective organizer in their version of the terms and conditions valid at the time of the contract conclusion and jurisdiction.

Booking

The seminar booking is made through the seminar organizer using the provided registration form. If an event needs to be canceled due to a pandemic or force majeure and has to be rescheduled, the same dates and conditions will apply to online events. Your registration is binding unless you cancel it 3 weeks before the seminar starts or already during registration!

The seminar booking is only binding for the organizer once the corresponding deposit has been made and a written confirmation has been provided by the seminar organizer. Bookings for accommodation and meals are made by the seminar participant at their own responsibility and directly with the accommodation provider (e.g., hotel). Accommodation and travel to the respective event are not included in the seminar's performance. All prices are generally quoted as net amounts.

Registration Confirmation and Invoice

The registration becomes binding for both parties once confirmed by the provider/organizer. Along with the registration confirmation, you will receive an invoice, which must be paid no later than three weeks before the seminar begins.

If the invoice is issued later than three weeks before the seminar start date, proof of payment must be submitted no later than the start of the seminar; otherwise, the provider/organizer is entitled to refuse participation in the seminar without a release from liability. However, the full payment is still due in all cases!

Arrival

Participants are responsible for organizing their own travel to the seminar location. The seminar organizer is happy to assist in providing hotel lists and carpool options, but no guarantees can be made in this regard.

Seminar Descriptions

The basis for any open seminar is the respective seminar description in written form or on our website. It contains specific information about each seminar, including the purpose and content of the seminar, as well as details about the venue, meals, and accommodation. If any points are not listed, they are not part of the contract. In case of discrepancies between the seminar description and the general terms and conditions, the seminar description takes precedence. The seminar description is an essential part of these terms and conditions. Meals, travel, and accommodation costs are not included in the seminar fees unless explicitly stated otherwise in the seminar description.

Seminar Registration

To participate in the seminars, participants must have a good command of spoken German or English. Participation in any seminars does not replace therapy! Registration can be made by email, phone, in person, or by mail and is binding for the applicant, but it always requires written confirmation from the Life-Scouting Academy (licensed by the Kritzinger Foundation). The maximum number of participants in open seminars may be limited; typically, the number of participants is limited to 80 people for training seminars and 200 people for day seminars. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received and will be confirmed in writing or electronically by the seminar organizer, or rejected without explanation. The registrant agrees to the storage of their data in accordance with the Federal Data Protection Act and explicitly allows being contacted by the seminar organizer, either in writing or by phone (if payment information is provided).

Seminar Services & Fees - Financial Wellness & Mindful Shopping

The amount of the seminar fees, as well as the underlying services, can be found in the seminar description for each seminar. The amount becomes due upon the positive registration confirmation = invoice from the seminar organizer. By the start of the seminar, the payment must either be received in the specified account or paid in cash in the respective local currency to the seminar organizer before the seminar begins. The online payment provider Klarna offers attractive payment conditions in this context (Financial Wellness and Mindful Shopping).

Cancellation by the Seminar Organizer

The seminar organizer can cancel a seminar at any time for an important reason (pandemic, illness of an additional seminar leader, instructor, etc.) or exclude individual participants from the seminar, even after registration confirmation, without providing a reason. In this case, the participant will be refunded the seminar fees paid for the unused seminar, minus an administration fee of €300. No further claims can be made, particularly for costs such as pre-booked hotel rooms, travel expenses, or loss of earnings.

Nuestros Términos y Condiciones Generales (T&C) se aplican a todas las formaciones de la Life-Scouting Academy. Los viajes, seminarios y conferencias pueden ser organizados completamente por socios externos. Los eventos externos en el sitio web están sujetos a sus propios términos y condiciones. Reserva

La reserva del seminario se realiza mediante el formulario de inscripción proporcionado por el organizador del seminario. Si un evento debe ser cancelado debido a una pandemia o fuerza mayor y debe reprogramarse, se aplicarán las mismas fechas y condiciones para los eventos realizados en línea. Su inscripción será vinculante, a menos que la cancele con al menos 3 semanas de antelación al inicio del seminario o ya durante la inscripción.

La reserva del seminario solo será vinculante para el organizador una vez que se haya realizado el pago del depósito correspondiente y se haya emitido una confirmación por escrito por parte del organizador del seminario. Las reservas para alojamiento y comidas son responsabilidad del participante y se deben realizar directamente con el proveedor de alojamiento (por ejemplo, hotel). El alojamiento y el viaje al evento no están incluidos en la oferta del seminario. Todos los precios se indican generalmente como cantidades netas.

Confirmación de Inscripción y Factura

La inscripción se considera vinculante para ambas partes una vez que ha sido confirmada por el proveedor/organizador. Junto con la confirmación de inscripción, recibirá una factura que deberá pagar a más tardar tres semanas antes del inicio del seminario.

Si la factura se emite más tarde de tres semanas antes del inicio del seminario, deberá presentar prueba de pago a más tardar al comienzo del seminario. De lo contrario, el proveedor/organizador podrá negarse a permitir la participación en el seminario sin efecto liberador de la obligación de pago. Sin embargo, el pago total seguirá siendo debido en todos los casos.

Viaje

Los participantes son responsables de organizar su propio viaje al lugar del seminario. El organizador del seminario estará encantado de ayudar proporcionando listas de hoteles y opciones de transporte compartido, pero no se pueden ofrecer garantías en este sentido.

Descripción de Seminarios

La base de cualquier seminario abierto es la descripción correspondiente del seminario, ya sea en formato escrito o en nuestra página web. Inscripción al Seminario

Para participar en los seminarios, los participantes deben tener un buen dominio del alemán o del inglés hablado. La participación en los seminarios no reemplaza la terapia. La inscripción puede realizarse por correo electrónico, teléfono, en persona o por correo, y será vinculante para el solicitante, pero siempre requerirá una confirmación por escrito de la Life-Scouting Academy (con licencia de la Kritzinger Foundation). El número máximo de participantes en seminarios abiertos puede ser limitado; normalmente, el número de participantes está limitado a 80 personas en seminarios de formación y 200 personas en seminarios de un día. Las inscripciones se considerarán en el orden en que se reciban y se confirmarán por escrito o electrónicamente por el organizador del seminario, o se rechazarán sin explicación. Servicios y Tarifas del Seminario - Bienestar Financiero & Compras Conscientes

El monto de las tarifas del seminario y los servicios subyacentes pueden consultarse en la descripción del seminario correspondiente. El monto se vuelve exigible con la confirmación positiva de la inscripción = factura del organizador del seminario. Para el inicio del seminario, el pago debe haber sido recibido en la cuenta indicada o entregado en efectivo en la moneda local antes de que comience el seminario. Cancelación por Parte del Organizador del Seminario

El organizador del seminario puede cancelar un seminario en cualquier momento por una razón importante (pandemia, enfermedad de un líder del seminario adicional, instructor, etc.) o excluir a un participante del seminario, incluso después de la confirmación de la inscripción, sin dar razones. En este caso, se devolverán al participante las tarifas del seminario ya pagadas, correspondientes a la parte no utilizada del seminario, menos una tarifa administrativa de 300 €. No se pueden hacer reclamaciones adicionales, especialmente por los costos de habitaciones ya reservadas, gastos de viaje, pérdida de ingresos, etc.

Cancellation by the Seminar Organizer

The seminar organizer can cancel a seminar at any time for an important reason (pandemic, illness of an additional seminar leader, instructor, etc.) or exclude individual participants from the seminar, even after registration confirmation, without providing a reason. In this case, the participant will be refunded the seminar fees paid for the unused seminar, minus an administration fee of €300. No further claims can be made, particularly for costs such as pre-booked hotel rooms, travel expenses, or loss of earnings.
